For some reason it’s been a while since I last used my Fender Stratocaster, guess it’s due to I’ve had it for quite a while and I’ve bought other new guitars, ..but picked it up and found it worked perfectly on two current projects, one minimalist orchestral hybrid and another more straightforward up rock track.
I ran it through the small Vox AC4TV amp and picked up the sound with a Neuman TLM 103 mic.. really warm and nice a bit “plunky” stuff, love it
